Prolite Plastics Ltd. is a custom fabricator of chemical resistant equipment using thermoplastics and dual laminates with particular emphasis on Fluoropolymers (PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, and MFA). Prolite's products include the following:

Standard Dual Laminate and FRP Products:

  • dual laminate vessels up to 14 feet diameter in hand lay up or filament wound construction
  • dual laminate duct, pipe, and fittings in PP-R, PP-B, PVC, CPVC, P-72, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, and MFA corrosion liners to Prolam standard and international standards (Imperial, Metric and J.I.S.) loose and spooled
  • FRP vessels up to 14 feet diameter in hand lay up or filament wound construction
  • FRP duct, pipe and fittings to Prolam standard and international standards (Imperial, Metric and J.I.S.) loose and spooled
  • Field installation of dual laminate and FRP pipe and vessels as well as fabrication and stock supply of dual laminate pipe

  • Acutech Plastics - Prolite Plastics Ltd. is a fabricator of ECTFE, PVDF, FEP, PFA, and MFA tubing equipment used in dual laminates

  • Rochling HT Troplast AG - Prolite Plastics Ltd. is an approved fabricator of Trovidur NL Red sheet and Trovidur HT sheet equipment used in dual laminate construction
  • Symalit AG - Prolite Plastics Ltd. is an approved fabricator of Symalit PVDF, ECTFE, FEP, PFA, and MFA sheet equipment used in dual laminate construction
