To maintain a leading position in the dual laminate industry, Prolite has a strong team of Professional Engineers and Engineering Technicians experienced in dual laminate design and construction.

With complete services available to all Prolite customers, we can take on turnkey projects. We are prepared to take on full engineering with our engineering team from material selection and concept design to on-site technical assistance. With a strong technical staff, Prolite procures all materials required for fabrication from our international sources, fabricates equipment from our own engineering calculations and design drawings, and maintains the equipment by providing warranties, contract management, education and maintenance programs. Prolite has well established relationships with suppliers and consequently able to draw on a large pool of technical resources.

As a global supplier of dual laminate equipment, Prolite has designed and fabricated equipment to North American, European, and Asian standards such as ASTM, ASME, DIN, and JIS.

Prolite maintains an up to date QA/QC program with fully qualified personnel performing inspection on all parts during fabrication and prior to shipment. Only personnel that meet Prolite's welding certification program are qualified to perform thermoplastic welding on equipment. Prolite has the ability to do laboratory testing of all critical parameters in thermoplastics, thermosets and dual laminates.
